1. Don\'t take vaccines. (If you know Horowitz\'s work, you know the answer
to this one. Among them, vaccines or some of them, have much too much
mercury in them.)
2. Detoxify. He didn\'t spell this out, but there are many ways to do this.
And alkalize your body. He didn\'t spell out \"alkalize\" but this can be done
through diet which leaves alkaline rather than acidic residue. The latter
includes meats especially. The former would include veggies and fruits.
3. Build your health holistically in every way possible -- nutritional,
social, physical, recreational, environmental . . . he rattled off more ways
than I can remember. He said the most important way was spiritual.
4. Get as much oxygen in you as possible. This is good for people with
neurological damage (from the vaccines, etc.).
5. Vibrational. Use therapies that makes use of vibrations such as color
therapy and music. He noted Rife therapies. (You can put Hulda R. Clark
there with her use of frequency generators, zappers, etc.)
I found it exciting to have this information so succinctly stated.
