Best Sex Writing 2008 : Book Party & Reading
Six local authors perform live readings from intriguing new collection of erotic literature
Thursday, March 27th, 7pm - FREE (donations accepted)
Do Jewish girls give better blowjobs? Does abstinence-only sex education work? Would you want to work in the pink ghetto or live in the glass closet? What happens to a celebrity sex tape star in Iran? Best Sex Writing 2008 answers these questions (and raises many more) as it probes the inner lives of those on the front lines—political, personal, and cultural—of lust.
Join the local contributors of Best Sex Writing 2008 for a live reading and book party on March 27th at the Center for Sex & Culture in San Francisco with authors Violet Blue, Paul Festa, Amy André, Greta Christina, Jen Cross and Melissa Gira. These authors delve into the far reaches of eroticism. Probing stereotypes, truths, and the tricky areas in between, Best Sex Writing 2008 opens the bedroom door and explores the complexity of modern sexuality with thought-provoking, cutting-edge essays and articles.
The winner of this week's contest wins a free copy of the book Best Sex Writing 2008 and can pick up their free copy at the Thursday, March 27th event.

Did BUSH kill King & JFK?
Slideshow: Sponsored by Veterans for Peace #69
On the anniversary of the Bay of Pigs
See the photos the media is hiding.
See the evidence the CIA does not want you to see.
How Obama, Clinton & Nader are part of the cover-up. FREE. Wheel chair accessible.
Hear Paul Kangas private investigator
& former guard for President Kennedy,
Veteran of the Bay of Pigs invastion
detail the bloody Pentagon deals.
Wed 6-9pm 4-23-08, 401VanNess & McAllister #215 Free.
You tube: Paul8kangas http://youtube.com
Bush, Sr. killed JFK because JFK saved Cuba from the CIA invasion.
Bush “stole” the ’64 & ‘68 elections, but Democrats never complain about that.
JFK ordered troops out of Vietnam. This caused the CIA to shoot JFK,
so they could invade Vietnam. http://members.tripod.com/paulkangas

We support a strike by the soldiers. Did Bush sr. Kill JFK? How does that effect the election 2008?
My name is Paul Kangas. I am the Vice President for Veteran for Peace.
It will take a strike by
front line GI's, as happened in Vietnam & during WWI to stop this war.
We need to reach out to young boys, age 9 & recruit them into the anti-war movement. I joined the peace movement when I was age 9.
Then I was drafted. In the Navy, at age 19 in 1961, I helped organize a strike against the Bay of Pigs. Thanks of President Kennedy, the invasion of Cuba was stopped. After than, I got orders to go to Vietnam in 1963. Again I refused to go to war. I was then sent to Iceland for a year of
punishment duty. Kennedy then ordered all US troops out of Vietnam, Executive Order 263. Bush then killed JFK.
There was a movie made about strikes by front line troops, in WWI, called Merry Christmas. Have you seen the movie? Most vets have seen the movie. It is quite powerful.
Meet Paul Kangas, on 4-23-08, Herbst Theater, Rm 215, 401 VanNess & McAllister, 6pm, slideshow on the Bay of Pigs, the JFK assassination & the 2008 election.
Hear Paul Thur 4-3-08, KPOO, 89 fm, 1pm on the King assassination & the 2008 election & why neither Obama nor Clinton can stop this war, unless them want to be assassinated.
We support a strike by the soldiers. Paul Kangas, You tube: paul8kangas
