JTH molested me when I was a child age 13 to 18 before he changed his name from JVH to avoid prosecution from a child he molested sueing him. 1980s
Then JTH trapped me into moving into his house after my mom died as he controlled my grandmother‘s trust
I asked him for a small fraction of my trust money for a reasonably priced used
Mercedes or Dodge sprinter van so I could move into my new house I had found.
JTH denied me any funds for Van.
JTH said I could use my trust fund money to rent a room in his house.
Then in the 6 Months I lived in JTH house he raised my rent from $600 to 800 to 1000 1100 1600 in 6 months April-Oct 2022
JTH wrote the checks from my trust fund checkbook as he set it up to be in my name, when my grandmother died
After JTH put me on SSDI
JTH also raised my older Brother Ray Rent unaffordable levels 2019 Jan Feb Mar 2019
So Ray spent most days 10 hours a day at my mother’s house in a chair at the foot of her hospital bed, begging my mother to move back in
Begging my Uncle Doug Munson to move in
Begging my mother’s friend Sue Bierman to move in.
Causing my mother to lose her appetite and her bowel control
My mother refused to get out of bed for these three months
Skipping her daily, Hoyer lift and hour or two of wheelchair routine of arm and leg exercises
She then only sat up for 15 minutes, each day for her daily bath and bedsheet change.
She suffered a bilateral pulmonary embolism end of March 2019 then
Spent 10 days in KaiserRWC ER ICU CritCare
