MSG: What Foods To Avoid?

OZONE is O3 (three Oxygen atoms) where as most Oxygen (O2) in air we breathe is two Oxygen atoms.
You can even bubble 03 through water, and drink that water to introduce the 03 to your body.
In your body's bloodstream and cells O3 will attack harmful anaerobic bacteria which cause illness and disease.
Watch this space later this week and next for more info!

Bad press for Ozone comes from the NO3 which is present both in SMOG and in rooms improperly treated by ozonators that produce NO3 as a byproduct of heat.

Michael Jordan receives Ozone treatments and doctors cannot find HIV in his body! Environmental Working Group see: study of sunscreens: GOOD: EU study. BAD: FDA no study.
Dr. Haushka and Aubrey Organics are safe. Others are not. Beware. Use hats, shade. moderate your exposure.

Pthalates in your body. (plastic softeners) DO NOT drink out of plastic bottles stored in heat or sun

Sign the Petition to Ban Bunker Fuel
On November 7, a cargo ship, the Cosco Busan, hit the San Francisco Bay Bridge and spilled 58,000 gallons of bunker fuel into the water, causing a growing environmental crisis. The dirty fuel that was spilled literally comes from the bottom of the barrel when oil is refined and is more than 1,000 times dirtier than the diesel fuel used in trucks and buses. This bunker fuel -- which powers many cruise and cargo ships -- pollutes the air, threatens human health, and causes global warming. And, as the accident in the San Francisco Bay demonstrates, this fuel also endangers marine life.

The right to secede
There is absolutely nothing in the Constitution or any other legal document which precludes any state or group of states from seceding from the United States. This was true in 1861. Today, countries are split and otherwise reconfigured almost daily and the United States has evolved as the world's moral leader in supporting rights of peoples to declare themselves independent. This is a comfortable position for U.S. politicians ... as long as secession occurs in Europe, Asia, South America, or Africa.
Civil War Secession
Thomas Jefferson

Friends of the Earth's Clean Vessels campaign is calling on Congress to require a complete phase-out of bunker fuel use. Please sign our petition today:

Please join us for an evening of slides / videos, a legal update, and
letter writing to commemorate the SHAC7's one year anniversary in prison.
The SHAC7 are 6 activists and a corporation, Stop Huntingdon Animal
Cruelty USA Inc., that have been found guilty of multiple federal
felonies for their alleged role in simply campaigning to close down
the notorious animal testing lab, Huntingdon Life Sciences. The six
individuals are all currently in federal prison. They are not accused
of actually smashing windows, liberating animals or even attending
demonstrations, rather reporting on and encouraging others to engage
in legal demonstrations and supporting the ideology of direct action.
After being found guilty, they are beginning their appeal.
Unfortunately this appeal will be done from prison. During their stay
they need your support! Finances, spreading the word about their case,
books, letters or just a friendly 'hello'! It just takes a few minutes
to brighten the lives of political prisoners!
Let's let these individuals know they are not forgotten!

Aspartame Toxicity Center,

Please foster Kittens for you local SPCA.
Help raise kittens until they are 8 weeks old or 2 lbs and can be put up for adoption.
It is important that they have humans for socialization and play! (lucky you)
this is the sweetest and most fun way to bring extra love into your life,
and into the kittens' lives. This program is FREE:
You attend their kitten foster program so you know how...
And then when they have a litter of kittens for you,
they send you home with kittens and all the cat food you need.
