America As You Know It May Soon Be Over
America As You Know It May Soon Be Over
OPPOSE
The North American Cooperative Security Act (NACSA)
(S.853 & H.R.2672)
by Cheri Tips
January 19, 2006
This urgent alert is being sent to all Congress Members.
Even I, as a hardened health-freedom fighter, became physically ill
putting this information together to alert you, the reader, to one
of the most damning acts against America and its citizens. If you
are a true American, the information that I will convey, should make
your blood boil. The issue is quite convoluted, involving a number
of players, and to fully envision the total impact of this
legislation, please thoroughly read through the information below,
then alert everyone you know and contact your Congressperson in
opposition.
Why should you actively oppose this legislation?
It is unconstitutional.
It will destroy America as we know it by further internationalizing
our laws, rules, and regulations.
By merging our "security" measures with Canada and Mexico, it will
serve as a huge stepping stone to planned unification in all other
areas with those two countries as a "North American Union."
Just as the European Union started out as a harmless "tariff free
zone," this bill is intended to drive us into the arms of a similar
union with Canada and Mexico, a union which will be even more
removed from the wishes of the American people and even more foreign
to our principles of freedom.
By opening our northern (Canada) and southern (Mexico) borders, it
will actually allow terrorists easier access into the United States
because of their ability to also easily enter our neighbors'
countries.
It will mean yet another bureaucracy with even greater, expanded
regulatory powers, which goes against our basic American concepts of
freedom set forth in the Constitution.
It will mean more surveillance and controls over law-abiding,
innocent citizens.
It will guarantee the loss of American laws and customs as we are
submerged into a regional harmonization plan, the foundations for
which have already been set in place with the passage of NAFTA,
CAFTA, and the soon-to-appear FTAA legislation.
As part of that process, it will ensure that our freedom-enhancing
dietary supplement laws are harmonized to European-dictated,
restrictive UN Codex international food-supplement standards that
are anti-health, anti-consumer, and pro-drug.
Don't let this become one of your last acts of exercising your
constitutional rights. Fight back now and help the NHF turn America
away from this disastrous road to harmonization and union that will
result in the loss of our health and other freedoms.
Please read further to fully understand the full scope of this
dangerous legislation.

The Players and Their Instruments of Destruction
The North American Security Cooperative Act is touted as a bill to
protect the American public from terrorists by creating the North
American Union. The North American Union consists of three
countries, U.S., Canada, and Mexico, with open borders, something
that is proposed to be in effect by 2010. Thus, it would ensure the
fulfillment of the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North
America. See: http://www.spp.gov/spp/factsheet.asp?
dName=fact_sheets.
This is sheep's clothing billed as for the good of security and the
economies, but it truly means the end of America and U.S.
sovereignty. Many things tie together -the passage of NAFTA, CAFTA,
the forthcoming ), FDA - already making plans to harmonize with
Canada and Mexico via the Trilateral Cooperation Charter. The
completion of the Interstate 69 Corridor (Trans Texas Corridor),
which the Texas State Legislature voted for and passed in June 2003,
H.R. 3585. This huge highway project, with sections already
completed, will run through the United States from its southern
border of Mexico through to the northern border of Canada, and will
be the icing on the cake for those who want to dissolve the American
way of life. http://www.i69info.com/state.html
We must lobby Congress to prevent losing America as we know it and
the rights for freedom that our forefathers struggled so hard to
retain. We must oppose being harmonized to international standards,
prevent the implementation of a European Union type status
reminiscent of what has occurred with the UK and the EU, fight to
retain our constitutional rights, and our DSHEA rights that will not
exist if we are to be harmonized to international Codex standards.
Please review the information and articles below detailing the
documents and entities that are currently involved in removing
American freedom forever:

Overview of the report:
Task Force Report No. 53
Press Releases: English | French | Spanish
Sponsored by the Council on Foreign Relations in association with
the Canadian Council of Chief Executives and the Consejo Mexicano de
Asuntos Internacionales.
North America is vulnerable on several fronts: the region faces
terrorist and criminal security threats, increased economic
competition from abroad, and uneven economic development at home. In
response to these challenges, a trinational, Independent Task Force
on the Future of North America has developed a roadmap to promote
North American security and advance the well-being of citizens of
all three countries.
When the leaders of Canada, Mexico, and the United States met in
Texas recently they underscored the deep ties and shared principles
of the three countries. The Council-sponsored Task Force applauds
the announced "Security and Prosperity Partnership of North
America," but proposes a more ambitious vision of a new community by
2010 and specific recommendations on how to achieve it.
- requires us to create a Sanitary Phytosanitary Measures Committee
which would pressure Congress into changing our laws as they pertain
to dietary supplements, to harmonize to restrictive Codex standards,
and the FTAA would go much further as discussed in this article "THE
GROWING THREATS TO DSHEA" written by NHF Vice-Chairman Paul Anthony
Taylor.
http://www4.dr-rath-foundation.org/us/index.html
- The FDA is already holding discussions with its counterparts in
Canada and Mexico via the Trilateral Cooperation Charter
http://www.fda.gov/oia/charter.html to set us up for harmonization
even though the NORTH AMERICAN COOPERATIVE SECURITY ACT has not been
passed into law. From the FDA's definition of "health fraud" in
this "Cooperation Charter" it's apparent that the FDA wants to
harmonize US law to restrictive Codex standards that go against the
will of the people as abundantly declared in 1994 when we generated
the largest volume of mail to congress on ANY issue in the HISTORY
of congress when we passed the Dietary Supplement Health and
Education Act of 1994.

intended purpose, to destroy America. (Provided by John Hammell of

Excerpt from above link of the news coverage:
DOBBS: Border security is arguably the critical issue in this
country's fight against radical Islamist terrorism. But our borders
remain porous. So porous that three million illegal aliens entered
this country last year, nearly all of them from Mexico.
Now, incredibly, a panel sponsored by the Council on Foreign
Relations wants the United States to focus not on the defense of our
own borders, but rather create what effectively would be a common
border that includes Mexico and Canada.
Christine Romans has the report.
(BEGIN VIDEOTAPE)
CHRISTINE ROMANS, CNN CORRESPONDENT (voice-over): On Capitol Hill,
testimony calling for Americans to start thinking like citizens of
North America and treat the U.S., Mexico, and Canada like one big
country.
ROBERT PASTOR, IND. TASK FORCE ON NORTH AMERICA: The best way to
secure the United States today is not at our two borders with Mexico
and Canada, but at the borders of North America as a whole.
ROMANS: That's the view in a report called "Building a North
American Community." It envisions a common border around the U.S.,
Mexico, and Canada in just five years, a border pass for residents
of the three countries, and a freer flow of goods and people.
Task force member Robert Pastor.
PASTOR: What we hope to accomplish by 2010 is a common external
tariff which will mean that goods can move easily across the border.
We want a common security perimeter around all of North America, so
as to ease the travel of people within North America.
ROMANS: Buried in 49 pages of recommendations from the task force,
the brief mention, "We must maintain respect for each other's
sovereignty." But security experts say folding Mexico and Canada
into the U.S. is a grave breach of that sovereignty.
FRANK GAFFNEY, CENTER FOR SECURITY POLICY: That's what would happen
if anybody serious were to embrace this strategy for homogenizing
the United States and its sovereignty with the very different
systems existing today in Canada and Mexico.
ROMANS: Especially considering Mexico's problems with drug
trafficking, human smuggling, and poverty. Critics say the country
is just too far behind the U.S. and Canada to be included in a so-
called common community. But the task force wants military and law
enforcement cooperation between all three countries.
UNIDENTIFIED MALE: Indeed, an exchange of personnel that bring
Canadians and Mexicans into the Department of Homeland Security.
ROMANS: And it wants temporary migrant worker programs expanded with
full mobility of labor between the three countries in the next five
years.
(END VIDEOTAPE)
ROMANS: The idea here is to make North America more like the
European Union. Yet, just this week, voters in two major countries
in the European Union voted against upgrading -- updating the
European constitution. So clearly, this is not the best week to be
trying to sell that idea.
DOBBS: Americans must think that our political and academic elites
have gone utterly mad at a time when three-and-a-half years,
approaching four years after September 11, we still don't have
border security. And this group of elites is talking about not
defending our borders, finally, but rather creating new ones. It's
astonishing.
ROMANS: The theory here is that we are stronger together, three
countries in one, rather than alone.
DOBBS: Well, it's a -- it's a mind-boggling concept. Christine
Romans, thank you, as always.
There is no greater example than our next story as to why the United
States must maintain its border security with Mexico, and
importantly, secure that border absolutely. The police chief of the
violent Mexican border town, Nuevo Laredo, was today executed. It
was his first day on the job.
Alejandro Dominguez, seen here at his swearing-in ceremony, was
ambushed by a number of gunmen several hours just after that
ceremony as he left his office. The assassins fired more than three
dozen rounds that struck Dominguez.
He was the only person who volunteered to become Nuevo Laredo's
police chief. The position has been vacant for weeks after the
previous chief of police resigned. The town is at the center of what
is a violent war between Mexican drug lords. The State Department
has issued two travel warnings for Americans about that area just
this year. And amazingly, the Mexican government calls those State
Department warnings unnecessary.
