Halloween Parade-join!! gathering people together for the annual parade
starting at the tower at the end of the Panhandle. We wanted to combine
costume with the upcoming election. Johanna will be in a Statue of
Liberty costume that will urge poeple to vote...so far we have a rough
idea of something in the front saying something like "Keep Me Free" or
"I am Your Voice" and on the back saying "Vote"in English, Spanish, and
Chinese...any suggestions for a front sentence? Anyone have any costume
