Suicide Advice
I saw several people posting that it is Suicide Prevention month. So I got on camera today and talked about it. [Context: I was medicated for depression for 10 years and considered suicide many times. I still do.]
It is long (12 minutes), but forever is much, much, much longer.

Thank you This is exactly why I became an activist. I was depressed throughout childhood so I asked myself... well wait... if I leave, I can not do. What can I do if I stay?
and the ability to take my life gave me an escape door, wherein I always had a way out, if need be, that gave me the COURAGE to go forward!
Nowadays I do not think of suicide. Not even this decade. Yet that piece of armor on my toolbelt has allowed me to go far forward in life as my current role of warrior.
Meds? I used to... Rx take 2 hugs and call me in the morning. Finding )'( is the BEST THERAPY! no meds needed! I think docs should change their scrip and prescribe HugNation! smile emoticon
