The management of shortwave radiation (and longwave); solar geoengineering. As you believe in HAARP being able to manipulate positive air ions, as I also agree, I believe solar geoengineering is also capable of increasing positive air ions through controlling photoionization processes. I'm curious on your thoughts of the possibility of doing so.
