New Hampshire Strikes a Blow Against the Sovietized Amerikan 'Justice' System
When New Hampshire Governor John Lynch signed HB 146 into law on June 18, the Granite State became the first in the nation to enact a measure explicitly recognizing and protecting the indispensable right of jury nullification.

Department of Homeland Security lists those who are "reverent of individual liberty" as right-wing terrorists. [Terrorists - right wing or otherwise - now can be indefinitely detained without charges, tortured, and assassinated in the name of national security.]

Negotiations are now underway for an arms-control treaty that would ban the right to own, buy, or sell personal firearms. [If adopted, this would negate the Second Amendment right to bear arms. The Obama Administration supports this treaty and, even if it is rejected by the Senate, it is possible that Obama will implement it through administrative means or executive order.]

Japanese Parliamentary Investigation Concludes Fukushima Was a Manmade Disaster
A Japanese independent parliamentary investigation has asserted that “the Fukushima nuclear disaster was the result of a mix of ‘man-made’ factors including regulators who failed to provide adequate prevention and a government lacking commitment to protect the public.”
According to the panel’s chairman, Tokyo University professor emeritus Kiyoshi Kurokawa, Fukushima “cannot be regarded as a natural disaster.”
Instead, “It was a profoundly manmade disaster – that could and should have been foreseen and prevented. And its effects could have been mitigated by a more effective human response.”

Air Force trains drone pilots by tracking civilian cars in US July 7, 2012
When I visited the base earlier this year with a small group of reporters, we were taken into a command post where a large flat-screen television was broadcasting a video feed from a drone flying overhead. It took a few seconds to figure out exactly what we were looking at. A white S.U.V. traveling along a highway adjacent to the base came into the cross hairs in the center of the screen and was tracked as it headed south along the desert road. When the S.U.V. drove out of the picture, the drone began following another car.
“Wait, you guys practice tracking enemies by using civilian cars?” a reporter asked. One Air Force officer responded that this was only a training mission, and then the group was quickly hustled out of the room.

feedback? Bypass Internet Censorship In 5 Easy Steps
Step 1: Go to
Step 2: Download the Opera browser for your corresponding system. (Very stable browser akin to Firefox)
Step 3: Install the software
Step 4: In the bottom left corner of the browser there is a selection menu for various modes the browser has for operation. The button most to the right is to enable "Turbo mode", turn this option on.
Step 5: Browse to the site of your choosing, et voila, no more ISP blocks.
How does this work?
Turbo Mode is originally meant for people who have a slow internet connection. What happens is that the browser compresses the data and routes it through a server hosted by opera itself, which at the same time functions as a DNS. So your ISP can't see what site you are visiting behind the Opera server. How long this will keep working is something i can't tell, but for now, it works.

thank you Mr. Kimmel!

If living within a society does not provide advantages that make it preferable to living in a state of nature, then living in that society is pointless. Those preconditions that make a society preferable constitute a contract with the ind...ividual living within that society. When those preconditions are taken away, then living within the society is pointless, and more disadvantageous to the individual than if he were living outside of society. At that point, the social contract is broken. If that same society does not allow people to leave and live in a state of nature, the inhabitants of that society then have become slaves and hostages.

"With the corporate takeover of sovereign governments, we see the very essence of a global fascist system. When most people think of fascism, they think of Hitler brown shirts marching through the streets, however, that is not the real definition of fascism. Fascism was defined by President Franklin Roosevelt:

“The liberty of a democracy is not safe if the people tolerate the growth of private power to a point where it comes stronger than their democratic state itself. That, in its essence, is fascism – ownership of government by an individual, by a group”
