Yesterday on the Mike Church Show, I reported the Black Hawk Helicopter may have been practicing a maneuver to stop a terrorist plan from hitting the Pentagon, a security operation put in place as an outcome of the 9/11 collision of an American Airlines 757 flying into the Pentagon. I called this operation “Black Hawk Take Down.”
The Black Hawk helicopter that hit the American Airlines plane a few days ago was flying 150 feet above its 200-foot ceiling over the Potomac and flew straight into the glowing American Airlines jet at ramming speed.

Many commentators have covered the crash, but all have forgotten that Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth said this was a “Continuity of Government” exercise.
“Continuity of Government” is invoked when there is a “threat to the democracy,” like the 9/11 terrorist attack on the Pentagon or a fake news FBI informant attack on the Capitol like January 6th.
And there is no doubt this Black Hawk was on a COG training for the mission. But a COG training mission for what? I contended on the Mike Church show this was a training missing to down Air Force One and kill newly Inaugurated President Donald Trump.
This is the Killer Copter scenario, and plane crashes have long been a way for CIA to get rid of elected leaders that it doesn’t like. Now, drone helicopters have taken the human element out of the mix.
Plane crashes provide the perfect plausible deniability for the CIA, and they can call any nefarious accusations a “conspiracy theory”. But, did anyone at the CIA consider Donald Trump an illegitimate President who would invoke such a “Killer Copter”?

The only predicate the CIA needs to declare a “Continuity of Government” event is a decision from the Office of the Director of National Intelligence, ODNI, that a COG condition exists, independent of the President of the United States.
I am now reporting from ex-CIA Director John Brennan’s de facto headquarters in San Diego. This all-important ODNI position remains unfilled as Tulsi Gabbard’s confirmation hearings are still being stonewalled. The stubborn facts are that some in the CIA are still taking orders from Dick Cheney and his proxy, John Brennan.
Brennan’s window to launch COG operations is severely limited, with John Ratcliffe now taking over at the CIA. Only loyalists like Black Hawk Pilot Rebecca Lobach remain at Ft. Belvoir INSCOM - the CIA’s Intelligence Command for all the Army Forces. We have said that Ft. Belvoir has been the seat of the shadow government for the CIA Continuity of Government event since 2017.
My point is that until we confirm Tulsi Gabbard as ODNI and Kash Patel as FBI Director, a Continuity of Government condition may still exist at Ft. Belvoir and INSCOM with Brennan loyalists, using the Black Hawk crash as the COG predicate.
I have tried not to be shy over the last eight years reporting the fact that Brennan and Cheney could use COG to assassinate Trump.
Liz Cheney, the order carrier for her father, Dick Cheney, is the messenger in Washington for these underhanded deeds. Trump needs to be more alert than ever now before Gabbard and Patel are confirmed to be on the lookout for a Black Hawk Take Down.

USAID Deep VZN created an AI lab in December of 2019 in Wuhan on the BioLake with a supercomputer center established in Wuxi, China. Pfizer, Moderna, and BioNTech all have an mRNA cancer vaccine relationship with Wuxi AppTec. Are Elon’s autists about to kick over the whole US Intel Agency strategy with mRNA cancer vaccine and tag and trace nanoparticles?
We covered a nanoparticle tag and trace program at Wuxi AppTec in 2021 near the CDC in Atlanta, and we talked about the potential onboarding of Wuxi nanoparticles for tag and trace across a whole suite of CDC-recommended vaccines.
Elon’s autists are turning US Intel Agency secret rocks too fast. It is hard to keep up with them. These kinds of AI breakthroughs are common once an extremely large amount of data is loaded into the AI language model. Then, the model can be trained by humans to improve its results in a virtuous improvement cycle.
Wuxi AppTech Small Molecule Drug Discovery is at 666 Gaoxin Road, East Lake High-Tech Development Zone, Wuhan, 430075, China. Elon’s autists scraped all of Substack, so they are sure to be made aware of the joint venture between USAID PREDICT and Wuxi Apptec by my previous substack posts on this facility. You may remember the 2019 Wuhan Military Games were held in this East Lake High Tech Development Zone.
We talked about how a nanomesh in the brain or near the heart could be measured by devices like airport scanners placed at the Start/Finish Line of the Wuhan Military Games bicycle race to demonstrate internal track and trace capability to track terrorists, even if they changed their clothes after being dusted with a nanoparticle tracking material.
Perhaps Elon’s autists will find the DARPA DOMANE links to Wuxi AppTec to create candidate spikes to aerosolize certain viruses like CoronaVirus and to create adhesion of nanoparticles for track and trace applications. We wonder out loud if Elon’s autists will hone in on the key money laundering banks of HSBC and Credit Suisse.
In 2021, we talked about Wuxi’s NextCode using AI blood typing, possibly enabling positive terrorist (or Deplorable) identification just through urine, sweat, and even exhaled breath.
Is Wuxi focusing solely on CIA Track and Trace through the USAID PREDICT front?
Did Wuxi get its 50,000 GPU server cluster from USAID PREDICT’s follow-up program, Deep VZN? If Elon’s autists follow the financial transaction of the founder of the Chinese AI firm Deep Seek, Liang Wenfeng, I think they will find the answers. We tracked the NATO bagmen for bringing the money to Liang Wenfeng in the Summer of 2019 by their IP addresses - Igor Fruman and Lev Parnas.
I know this is a complicated chain of events and a complicated subject, but I will break it down further after sending this initial email. I am at the SubStack limit, but I will just leave you with the fact DJI drones have a backdoor to China as well for US Intel Agencies, and the founder of DJI and Liang Wenfeng were in the same CIA cutout investment firm in Chengdu.
Huawei phones may also have been deliberately allowed to collect information about US Department of Defense personnel. This call data record and text information may have been used to train Liang Wenfeng's most recent Deep Seek AI-Language Model.

Rebecca Lobach was involved in ferrying VIPs from Andrews Air Force Base to the White House and back and ferrying VIP Generals and Admirals from Ft. Belvoir, her home base, to Andrews Air Force Base.
I interviewed helicopter pilots near Andrews Air Force Base about their shuttle activities, and they informed me many times foreign VIPs received treatment at Ft. Belvoir. I stayed at the Marriot near the gate of Andrews AFB, where many of these foreign VIPs were staying awaiting medical treatment, many of them for cancer.
The first question that came to mind with Rebecca Lobach's high-level White House connections and her father's profile connections to Joe Biden Cancer Moonshots was, “Did Rebecca Lobach fly the “Cancer Copter” from Andrews to Fort Belvoir?”.
Many times, the US State Department provides a medical visa for foreign VIPs and their children, and many of the “world leaders” are involved with cartel activities and money laundering, hence the need to circumvent US Customs and Border Control checkpoints. Osama Bin Laden, the Shah of Iran, Manuel Noriega, and Augusto Pinochet are just a few examples.
I had developed whistleblowers at Ft. Belvoir with my ex-cop research partner, Jenny Moore, to look into vaccine countermeasures that were being used to counter old Soviet bioweapons from the Cold War, including mRNA vaccines called DARPA ADEPT under US State Department called USAID PREDICT.
I had informed Donie O’Sullivan in a televised broadcast that the USAID PREDICT program was pursuing Gain of Function experiments for mRNA and DARPA ADEPT with the Wuhan Institute of Virology.
The end goal of DARPA ADEPT, later called mRNA, was mainly mRNA cancer vaccines.
Most of these mRNA countermeasures seemed to end up with DARPA funding if they led to experimental cancer vaccines. Yesterday, President Donald Trump shut down USAID.
President Trump’s shutdown of USAID hopefully will lead to an investigation into the use of US State Department funds to bankroll profiteering in mRNA cancer vaccines.
In March 2020, we also outline who at USAID PREDICT got all the DARPA ADEPT bids in the Summer of 2019 at the Wellcome Trust and the WHO. Hopefully, President Trump will pick up on this investigative thread as well.
We also looked into VIP doctors who were murdered mysteriously at Ft. Belvoir in 2021. I wrote a book in 2021 titled “The Black Doctor Murders,” which highlighted the VIP nurse murder of Major Brenda McDaniel, who had worked in the Clinton White House, and her husband, Major Edward McDaniel, both of whom worked at Ft. Belvoir.
VIPs and/or soldier athletes attending the 2019 Wuhan Military Games may have received an experimental nano ferritin vaccine for CoronaVirus before they left for Wuhan, administered by Dr. Edward McDaniel and his wife, Brenda McDaniel.
The question I have today is, “Was Rebecca Lobach killed for the same reason as the McDaniels?”. She possibly knew about the illegal mRNA experimentation going on at Ft. Belvoir with her father’s extensive knowledge of Biden’s Cancer Moonshots. We shall see where the investigation goes now that President Trump has shut USAID PREDICT down.

Was Black Hawk Pilot Rebecca Lobach suicided, having control taken from her helicopter and then flown into a landing American Airlines jet at attack speed?
Captain Rebecca Lobach knew the air space around Washington, DC, running VIP’s from Ft. Belvoir to Andrews Air Force Base. Just outside the Andrews AFB gates was my favorite place to interview helicopter and fixed-wing pilots.

One of my first stops in Washington, DC, in May 2017 was the Defense Threat Reduction Agency at Ft. Belvoir (DTRA). A whistleblower told me the Awan Spy Ring on Capitol Hill wasn’t just involved in illegal weapons trade; they were also involved with vaccines at Ft. Belvoir in the Defense Logistics Agency.
I never interviewed Black Hawk Pilot Rebecca Lobach, but I know a trained pilot would never fly directly into a landing plane at Reagan International Airport. Some have questioned her 500 hours of stick time, but because of the short distance between Ft. Belvoir and Andrews AFB, that actually is a lot more take-offs and landings than you might think. This is a suspicious aircraft accident, so matter how you look at it.
Intelligence Command, INSCOM, is run out of Ft. Belvoir, making it the home of military Live Exercises like CoronaVirus. Helicopter pilots know when VIPs go to China in October 2019, right before the outbreak of the CoronaVirus Live Exercise in China.
And pilots shuttling four-star Generals to Wuhan remember when they take Generals to Andrews Air Force base, a facility run by DynCorp. I have researched the nefarious activities of Steve Feinberg, CEO of DynCorp, for eight years.
We identified four whistleblowers at Ft. Belvoir with my former ex-cop research partner, Jenny Moore, around the topic of military virus and vaccine technology that could “mark” the lungs of potential terrorists. Jenny died suspiciously not long after we visited Ft. Detrick, where the deadly viruses are engineered.

My former research associate, Brian Lloyd, was an Attorney who represented whistleblowers at Ft. Belvoir, and he died suspiciously in May of 2020 after consulting with me on the goings on at Ft. Belvoir with regard to speaking at a March 2020 news gathering charrette I hosted on the Potomac River.
CoronaVirus prevented Brian from attending the event, but I heard the expression military Live Exercise before Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said it a few days later.
So, for me, the extremely unlikely pilot error explanation for the death of Captain Rebecca Lobach doesn’t wash with me or our researchers.
Captain Lobach seemed very familiar with the airspace over the Potomac, and she was the trusted pilot of many VIPs visiting the White House. And as I said before, no pilot accelerates to attack speed to intercept a landing commercial aircraft. And we have already seen massive amounts of lying and coverups from former CIA Director John Brennan is just the first ten days of the Trump Presidency.
John Brennan and Michael Morell were also involved in the 9/11 false flag over the Potomac near the Pentagon, so this isn’t their first false flag rodeo. Our researchers have been investigating Brennan and Morell for the past eight years, uncovering one nefarious operation after another.

Over the last eight years, I have written about “Continuity of Government” and how Dick Cheney wrote a series of COG exercises that would gradually transfer the power of government to the Intelligence Agencies and specifically the ODNI, the Office of Director of National Intelligence, effectively nullifying the Constitution.
The part of the recent downing of an American Airlines flight by a Black Hawk helicopter over the Potomac all media seems to have missed is the event was on a Continuity of Government training exercise.

We know this Black Hawk helicopter did the standard terrorist intercept protocol for a jet hijacked by terrorists three times before the fourth final crash. This first “terrorist intercept” training mission has been characterized as a near miss. That is incorrect. This is a standard intercept protocol for a hijacked aircraft.
If the Black Hawk indeed had a near miss, this would be evidence on the Flight Data Recorder. The Flight Data Recorder has been found in the Potomac, and it will show this was a standard practice “intercept run.”
The “erratic movements” toward a third plane are not erratic movements at all. This again is standard protocol for a perpendicular of the “hijacked plane” so the shootdown debris lands in the Potomac River instead of hitting houses or Government buildings.
Again, the “erratic movements” of the Black Hawk at the fourth and final plane are simply the Black Hawk taking one final attack run. At this point, I believe the Flight Data Record will show the pilot lost control of the Black Hawk through the drone mode of his Black Hawk. The Flight Data Recorder will show shock by the pilot that he no longer has control of his helicopter.
If the three training “terrorist intercepts.” of airliners by the Black Hawk weren’t routine, then there would have been a struggle with the pilot of those on board the helicopter. Everyone involved in the first three intercept missions is performing these missions as routine COG exercises.
We have covered Continuity of Government exercises in the past, written by Vice President Richard Cheney before 9/11 to create the Department of Homeland Security and the ODNI, the new control seat of the US Government. For instance, January 6th was a key exercise to shutdown all Government institutions to enable martial law.
We also covered how the Anthrax scare of 9/11 allowed Dick Cheney to rescind the Gain of Function development of bioagents.
Cheney calculated a contrived attack for every Constitution provision he wanted to lay waste to, and these plans are laid out quite well in the book “Raven Rock”.
With Dick Cheney’s retirement, the current custodian of these COG “attacks” is ex-CIA Director John Brennan. Brennan is currently fighting tooth and nail to prevent Tulsi Gabbard from being named the ODNI, thus exposing all these contrived COG attacks.

An equal amount of resistance is being applied to the confirmation of Kash Patel as FBI Director for the same reasons.
And even RFK Jr.’s confirmation as HHS Secretary overlaps these COG plans because of the use of military bioagents in military Live Exercises to control countermeasure vaccines from the Defense Threat Reduction Agency, DTRA.
RFK Jr. has been the key advocate for how intelligence agencies have used military countermeasures like DARPA ADEPT, mRNA, as an experimental gene therapy on the American people.
We will continue to monitor John Brennan’s activities over the coming days. I am in Southern California, not far from his operational headquarters, but I have no plans to go there or intrude on him in any way. I am very happy, and I am not suicidal. We will continue covering this story.

Of course, this is precisely what happened with Brennan’s business partner, Dov Zakheim, on 9/11 with the SPC autopilot, where a Boeing 757 negotiated a 330-degree hairpin turn to hit an office of auditors at the Pentagon researching two Trillion dollars DoD being diverted to Israel.

The 9/11 hijacker pilot who supposedly performed this evasive maneuver, Hani Hanjour, failed his Cessna flight test in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
However, Hanjour supposedly performed this complicated evasive maneuver that seasoned 757 pilots have to practice several times in a simulator to get it right.
There is no doubt in my mind a pilot’s body will be found in the Potomac after this horrific accident, but there is no doubt in my mind who was flying the helicopter - the same folks who brought you 9/11.
Readers who follow this Substack and my X feed will already know we predicted Brennan would execute a false flag attack on the new Trump Administration, and it would justify Iron Dome technology we developed for Israel that we now have to buy back from them.
I humbly suggest we don’t use Israel’s source code for the project. We have also focused on Brennan’s friends in the stealth drone business with General Atomics and James Jameson in this Substack. I am currently near NASA/JPL in Pasadena, where Fire satellite technology was combined with drone warfare to create targeted, controlled burns. We implicated connections of the Brennan-Jameson cabal to Deep Seek Labs of China, and a controlled burn exercise in Pacific Palisades, California.
