Although Menlo Park aka Palo Alto coyotes, embolded by public apathy, run in packs and present serious problems for cats dogs pets infants toddlers
Never a good idea to harass coyotes protecting pups or den
Or unhoused humans protecting their stash or home
although when safe, gentle words are appropriate for any inconsiderate unhoused
destroying the environment,
Running a stolen bicycle fence ring chop shop,
Meth lab or shooting gallery, or posing a nuisance or hazard to public
One bad apple can ruin the barrel
