The opening of this discussion is so silly and such an easy concept that is being over complicated. Acting like
the US didn’t outsource all of the modes of production out to the rest of the world because it was cheaper for
them and allowed them to profit in even greater quantities.. it’s so exhausting listening to Americans always
deflecting accountability outward.

Employees in India are not helpful. It's like a game to them to keep you on the chat as long as they can without
doing anything for you then without warning passing you to another representative who does the same thing. On and
on. I see there are other complaints dating back years for the exact same behaviors.
