Tucker Carlson recently had ex-Congressman Curt Weldon on his podcast, a man who openly admits in the first three minutes that he pushed Fusion Centers as a reaction to the 1993 FBI-Terrorist “bombing” of World Trade Center One.
Curt Weldon openly admits in the first few minutes of conversation that he created the Gilmore Committee to establish Fusion Centers after WTC 1993. Weldon also cites Donald Rumsfeld, a key RAND Corporation architect of the “Global War On Terror”, as a mentor and personal reference.
Weldon offers up George H. W. Bush as well as another personal character reference, another key “Global War on Terror” architect.
Fusion Centers have been established in every State in the United States now and in at least thirty-five major metro areas since 9/11.
Fusion Centers were a euphemism for the Phoenix Program torture centers in Vietnam.
CIA “Advisors” waterboarding a Viet Cong prisoner in the Phoenix Program.
Phoenix Program veterans like then-FBI Director Robert Mueller and ex-CIA Director William Colby established provincial “fusion centers” to torture suspected Viet Cong sympathizers.
Two RAND Corporation analysts exposed the Phoenix Program torture centers in Vietnam with the Pentagon Papers - Daniel Ellsberg and Anthony Russo.

Another RAND Corporation analyst, Bruce Hoffman, recommended them for the United States, citing the need for a domestic terrorist incident like the bombing of WTC Building One to get Americans to accept this egregious encroachment of their freedom.

The idea was simple. Repurpose all the RAND whitepapers written about subduing the Viet Cong and resell those to the US government by substituting domestic terrorism in the United States for the Viet Cong.
Curt Weldon was the key cog in that process, pushing the Vietnam-era signals intercept programs like Starlight and Spires at INSCOM at Ft. Belvoir. Weldon pushed the Gilmore Commission which carried the Fusion Center concept forward toward possible legistlative approval.
Robert Mueller of the FBI had operatives stage a Live Exercise of the WTC bombing in 1993 that turned out to use real explosives to everyone’s surprise, and then, outraged Congressman Curt Weldon was then cued to come forward and say a “Fusion Center” would have prevented the attack.
Weldon continued to push the Fusion Center concept until 9/11, when it was finally accepted along with the Department of Homeland Security.

The RAND Corporation’s Bruce Hoffman immediately pounced on the Intelligence Committee in Congress after 9/11 to institute the Department of Homeland Security along with Fusion Centers in every State.
Curt Weldon, along with Tucker Carlson, were key cheerleaders for both the Afghanistan and Iraq Wars, and now they want to claim hero status for being truth crusaders on the topic of 9/11 when they both pushed the terrorism wheelbarrow at the time.
