Another study published this year found that maternal exposure to fluoride significantly reduced the expression of camp-response element binding protein (CREB) in the developing brains of offspring [Chemosphere. 2018 April; 197:117-122]. This was found to occur at all levels of maternal exposure to fluoride, so it was not dose dependent. Let me explain the significance of this to you. Low expression of CREB is implicated is the pathophysiology of depression and suicide. The more I learn about fluoride and its ability to alter key neurological parameters in the brain the more enraged I am becoming.
