WED, 31 OCT AT 18:00 SF Premiere of "One Angry Vegan"Opera Plaza Community Room, 601 Van Ness SF
Tal Gilboa is the leader of a movement that turned Israel into the world’s most vegan country in three years. Her life changes when she meets Tsvi, a reclusive man who dreams of a vegan revolution. He is a visionary who works with Tal as his charismatic, operational extension.
This movie portrays the human drama which unfolded as Tal takes a stand for veganism in Israel. Attacked, beaten up, property vandalized. But she persisted. Largely as a result of her untiring efforts, Israel is now the most vegan nation on the planet!
The film documents the crucial points in the evolving of the vegan movement in Israel. It is a powerful story, vividly depicting the challenges, the drama, the achievements and final victory which make Israel one of the most desirable countries on earth, for vegans.
Watch the premiere of this compelling movie, right here in San Francisco, on Wed. Oct. 31 at 6 pm.
